Jedi in Highgate

My wife brought to my attention about what she saw on the BBC News yesterday Friday, 5th of December, 2014. The bizarre incident occurred at 9.45pm on the 11th of September, 2014 at a shop in Highgate, London. The CCTV show the shopper keeper Mr Aftab Haider, 56 going about his normal business what seems to be stocking up his wares. Then a man who looked Eastern European, wearing a black bomber jacket entered his shop. The gentleman tapped Mr Haider on his right upper arm as he passed him and waited at the end of corridor. The CCTV showed Mr Haider after reaching the end of the corridor turned back and go to meet the gentleman. The man began talking to Mr Haider and touching Mr Haider abdomen and shoulder and after doing was seemed to be miming the gesture of a pregnant woman’s belly he began emptying the contents of the shopkeeper’s pockets. As another customer entered the shop, he used Mr Haider body to expertly block from the view of the new customer, a wad of pound notes he had just removed from Mr Haider pockets. He then proceeded to fold the money in his hand and made a quick exit after tapping Mr Haider on his shoulder on his way out. Detective Sergeant Dave Bullock of the Metropolitan Police said: “The victim remained motionless and unable to stop the robbery taking place. He said that he was momentarily unaware of what had happened to him.”

Africans would just know that this is juju. The elders will explain that once you put certain herbal portions or leaves under your tongue whatever you tell person to do he will do it. He will be totally under your control. Some of the nerds will recognize that it is “The Force”, used by Jedi and Sith Lords although I thought that Jedi mind tricks only worked on the weak minded, and I certainly did not consider shopkeepers to be in that category. A lot of Christians would categorically be conceived that he uses demons and spirits to control Mr Haider, and if he had covered himself with the 'blood of Jesus' he would have been protected. A friend of mine told me that there is an Iman in East London that will give you charms, amulets, or tailsman that you can wear and put in your shop at strategic locations that will 'turn to water' anything that a thief is planning to use on you.

On a more serious note, now knowing people can use steal from you without you actually knowing it or willingly precipitating now puts it in a different bowl game entirely. The report says that there has been a string of such attacks; the only thing that the victims remember hearing is “look into my eyes” and when they recover their tills and pockets are empty. The thieves have been able to make off with thousands of pounds. I could image all kinds of crimes could be committed using such methods and maybe the term “I did not know what came over me” may ring true. In this day and age when science is supposed to explain everything, it seems that Mr Haider was hypnotize, as by looking at the video you could see that he looked memorized, dazed and confused, and when he realised what had happen, he tried to chase the thief. By this time, had made a quick getaway.Although some of the sceptics will say this is an insurance con, what better way to dish out money than to say it was stolen especially if it is on CCTV. But the fact of the faces of these individuals are clearly seen and did touched certain items in the shop, hence they would have his finger prints on record. But from the number and distribution i.e. Eastern European, I am more likely to believe that they were actually under the influence of “whatever force” that these men were using.

The seedling of doubt - Merchants of Doubt

Doubt is the product What this book says, and the film elucidates is there is a selective specific group of "scientists" who have a particular playbook to discredit, confuse and "muddy the waters" against scientific research for their sponsors. What these group of people or interest groups have learned from the days of dealing with the tobacco industry, is that they need not concern themselves with trying to prove anything or to disprove the scientists. All they need is to seed doubt and confusion in the market of public opinion, their main motto is "Doubt is our product". As, when people are confused and the policies are difficult to interpret because they are complicated, ambiguous, inconclusive, etc then there will be great difficulty in organizing widespread opposition to it. They deliberately frustrate governments into inaction, blocking them by using their lobbyist and "experts" and hence stop all ways of finding effective solutions...

Further explaination of the universe

Stephen Hawking, a theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and author, has always tried to explain complex astrophysical phenomena in simple language that everyone can understand. The subtitle of this book is "a further explanation of a science classic made more accessible". To his surprise, his book A Brief History of Time was a bestseller and was on the top ten list for 237 weeks and sold one copy for every 750 people on Earth. The book was a remarkable success for a modern physics book. Many people were asking for a sequel to the book. A Brief History of Time explained how Newtonian Astrophysics described the laws that control planets and stars' movement. This book takes into consideration the most recent theoretical and observational results. How light speed is finite and constant at 299,792,458 m/s. Since the speed of light is constant, to explain the different observations for different observers, time must be relative. Producing the twin paradox, i.e., time slows d...
